AMP CQG REACTIVATION DENALI NO DATA

AMP balance lapsed and required funding and submitting Existing Setup request to reactivate data feed, i used same as prior by selecting CQG with CME data. CQG website login is working with real time data. Sierrachart displays Real-Time market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol F.US.EPH26. Historical download data failed only supported with sierra chart data feed. Sierrchart account is approved with active data exchanges. Settings as Select Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings. Enable Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is correct. Main settings selected service is CQG WebAPI. This was my preferred configuration, with data feed from denali and routing with CQG. All worked prior before the AMP account required funding and reactivation. Other change was updating SC to the current version. Please advise, thank you. |

The exchange that you had active on our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group did not automatically renew on January 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time.
