Missing data after closing and opening chartbook

Hi there,

I have a strange issue where once I close my chartbook and open it up again, I am missing about a months worth of data.

If I then download all of the scid and dly files, restart Sierra chart and translate symbols to current service (not sure why I keep having to do this and this may be part of the problem), then the data is no longer missing. But if I close the chartbook and reopen it again then there is once again a gap in the data. I am running Sierra on MacOS via CrossOver.

Kind regards

The issue seems to go away if I set the 'Continuous Contract (List)' setting to None. I do however want a continuous contract, so the issue is not yet solved.

I have a Denali subscription and am trading via Rithmic. I have left the market data and historical data username/password settings as blank in the Data/Trade Service Settings.

Is there a particular reason why you are selecting "Translate Symbols to Current Service"? You should not have to be doing this.

If you have the wrong symbols, then this could be the issue, as it sounds like the wrong symbols are coming up each time you start Sierra Chart.

What is one symbol for which you are having this problem?
