Hi, I want to trade the MES symbol using a live account. When i try and place a buy/sell trade using the trade window, the "trade service log" window appears on screen instead and prevents the trade from being placed. Please advise further to rectify the issue. Thanks Kunal |

The error is stating that you are still in Simulation Mode when you are trying to place the trade. Select "Trade >> Simulation Mode On" to remove the checkmark next to this item, which will mean you are then trading your live account.
