Hi, Hate to bother you with this, but I'm puzzled about a channel on a couple of my charts that I created. I can't get rid of it. When I hover over one of them and right click I don't see the dots of selection. Then when I look down the menu there is no Delete item to select. It just says Delete and Download Data or Delete and Download Data All Charts. How can I get rid of it, please?

Thank you in advance,

Alan Abraham

It sounds like this is a study that you need to remove through Analysis >> Studies.

Dear Support,

I have gone to Analysis>>Studies as you suggested. There is nothing in it, but SMA's and the Volume Spread Analysis Plugin I added. It seems to work fine. The chart I am providing you with is compressed to show several irregularities that I can't remove. I put the blue channel in on a different chart, but it shows up on several charts. The number 8743 I added as a price designation for the red line which is that price. When I click on any of these to select them they will not select. No dots or circles show up to move or delete any of them. When I right click the menu there is no Erase, Hide or lock the text. I think I follow the correct procedure when I add information to my charts. Can you please, help me? Thank you in advance

This is a 240 m of the same contract, instead of the 5 m I just sent. Here you can see the #9001 and it's line. These can be manipulated, but the items I just wrote you about are frozen, so I don't know what I've done differently. Can you help me, please?

This is getting too complicated and we are not understanding this. And you are not a direct paid customer.

We are declining further support for this.

If there is a particular study that you want removed from the chart, then that can be done through Analysis >> Studies. Refer to this page for more information:
