Hello:

Please Help me, I cannot Trade my Bulenox accounts and it's URGENT for me to trade now. Since yesterday I'm having this issue, here is the message received: Connection error message from server: Rithmic Direct - DTC ? Logon error received from server: Permission denied ? Date-Time: 2026-01-09 12:56:38.
It's URGENT, Please fix this issue for me.

We can not fix this, as it is an error from Rithmic.
