I am unable to get Realtime data on my charts. I'm connected to my funded account with AMP
I'm using the Teton data feed. this cost me money yesterday until I realised the charts were delayed
I have been through the suggestions on the support board none of which has cured the problem

You do not have an active exchange with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. You can activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data for the CME Group at the following link:

It depends on what you need. In particular, which exchanges of the CME Group and whether you need Market Depth data or not.

You do qualify as a Non-Professional, so you do not need to worry about the "Professional" exchange options.
