Occasional Vertical Spike/Drop to Bottom on Intraday Chart

Hello,
I occasionally see a very long vertical line dropping straight down to the bottom of the chart (looks like to 0 or chart minimum) on my intraday charts.

when i change the scale range automatic to independent, the chart resume well. What's wrong about that, i think may be the tick data is bad and make it spike by automatic scale, how can i solve this.

The chart uses a 20-period EMA with a 1-hour EMA overlay. I can confirm the issue isn't related to the overlay. I created a chart book containing multiple timeframes. After the software runs for a while, the chart for a specific timeframe suddenly zooms in as shown in the image, as if a price dropped to zero, triggering the scale automatic feature to zoom in on the price.
I need wait this problem happen again to update the image by your method, sorry.
