Very long time - data downloading

Hello,
could you help me to find out why it takes more than 20 minutes to download chart datas always when I am conecting Sierra chart to IB account? It take so long after enabling :Sierra Chart Real-Time and Historical Exchange Data Feed. J.

Open one chart and after a couple of minutes post a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions:

Hello,
here is the message log only for one Chart (NQ-201412). I had to open a new chart because if I open one of my saved chartbooks, there is always 4 or 5 charts.

This download was slow but there was a lot of data downloaded. What you can do to increase the speed is to set Global Settings >>Data/Trade Service Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 second.
