After your account expires, you can activate the "Emergency Account Activation" by selecting "Services and Payments >> Emergency Account Activation" from the menus near the top of the Account Control Panel. This will give you 5 days of Usage Time, but these will then be removed when you activate your next package. So they are not "free" days. You can get to the Control Panel for your account by selecting "Help >> Account Control Panel" from within your Sierra Chart software.
