hello, I am trying to see if I had too many trade charts open for the trade window, but today I received an error message saying Teton routing order reject; Price must be greater than zero. And the PnL didn't show up/down in profit in the trade window but there was a trade open when I looked at the trade position tab. Can you please help me know how to have my trade tabs correctly marked to ensure I don't have this issue occur again and can see active trades on the chart and PnL visibility on the trade window? Thank you!

First of all, if your Sierra Chart is showing an open position, and you do not have an open position, then please reconnect to the trading service, which will download any missing order fills and should correct the issue. Select "File >> Reconnect" to do this. Second, with the order rejection, it is showing that you tried to put in an order at a price of -1303325.0. There must have been something about the way that order was entered that created this situation. In particular, look at the price for the order on the Trade Window and make sure it is not set incorrectly by accident. Otherwise, we would need to know how you entered the order. Keep in mind that this looks like it was one of the Attached Orders and not the parent order. Take a look at the Trade Activity Log and see what it shows for this order.
