Hi! I can“t trade because of apparent multiple sessions. I suspect my laptop which malfunctioned yesterday and is now at a repair shop is the culprit. Could you log me out of all sessions so that I can log in again?

We have invalidated an older login that we believe is the one you are referring to that is on your laptop. But, it can take up to 24 hours for this to actually go through.

But, our servers are showing only 1 system currently logged in, so you should not be getting an issue with the data.

If you are still getting the same error, then please post the error you are getting so we can make certain of what is occurring.
