apex rithmic candles not updating

HI, I have had several times where price was seen updating on the vertical axis, but candles were not forming. Most of the time the issue went away quick, or on restart. now its been 1 hour and half since the bars are not updating. You are setup to get the data from Rithmic, and this generally means there is an issue with the Rithmic data.
