DOM levels not refreshing

I am using chart replay on the dom for ESZ25. There has been several instances where the price on the dom has moved and the recent bid ask volume has changed as well as the time and sales, but the limit columns are not refreshing and remaining stagnant. For instance there is prolonged trading at a price far above the lowest offer limits, and both limit columns are clearly frozen. Stopping and replaying does not fix the problem, and the limits still freeze at certain specific time periods. Most of the times there is no issue. |

If the Bid Size/Ask Size columns are not updating during a replay, then this would mean that you do not have the Market Depth data for that time on your system. You can try to download missing Market Depth data, but there is only data for about 6 months available.
