Hello,

So I noticed that my Sierra Chart PnL and thereby also the TP and SL values are way off compared to the "real" rithmic pnl that ends up on my prop account.

Context:

I am trading with lucid trading. I have the Sierra service package 11 and only use the rithmic lucid data feed, no denali.
Basically the instruments differ from each other as the following.

- NQ and ES is always half the amount that is displayed as pnl, SL or TP in Sierra. (Sierra: $3200 profit, rTrader Pro: $1600 profit)
- GC is always double the amount that is displayed as pnl, SL or TP in Sierra. (Sierra: $1600 profit, rTrader Pro: $3200 profit)

Please see the attatched screenshots for reference.

Is there a weird settings I am not aware off?

Best,
Thai

For each chart, check the "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Currency Value per Tick". Make sure this is set properly for each symbol, as this is what is used to determine the values displayed in the SL and TP lines. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Currency Value Per Tick (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)

If you are using a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol", then the "Currency Value per Tick" definitely needs to be updated to reflect the value for the product actually being traded. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Updating Currency Value per Tick for Trade Symbol

If not the above, then another thing to check is that you have the Tick Size set correctly. If you modified this, then the Currency Value per Tick would also need to be modified. Although we do not recommend changing the Tick Size. If you have done this, then we would need to know what you were wanting to accomplish so we can point you to other solutions that do not require changing the Tick Size. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Tick Size (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)
