Hello iwant to know if is normaly dont have data on my account i see i m connected ( green account ) but annything on chart the last price 24.12 but at 00h30 i dont have anny thing Best regards |

You are not setup to get any real-time data from us, but it looks like your "Current Selected Service" is set to "SC Data", in which case you would be getting the delayed streaming data from us, which would be 10 or 15 minutes delayed from the real-time data. We would need to know what symbol you are viewing, the time of the issue, and the Time Zone of the chart (if the Time Zone is set to "Use Global Time Zone", then we would need to know what the Global Time Zone is set to). Also, please get us an image of the chart where you are having an issue by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional) Keep in mind that you may not have data for certain times around December 24, and December 25 due to the Christmas holidays. You would need to check the schedule for the particular exchange and see if this is what you are seeing.
