Real-Time Teton Routing Data Not Received Despite Active Packages

I would like to clarify that I already have Service Package 12 active along with the Denali Exchange Data. In addition to this, I have also connected my IronBeam trading account and have specifically requested and enabled the Teton Order Routing service. All required packages and services appear to be active on my side; however, I am still not receiving real-time Teton routing data in Sierra Chart. Could you please check my account and confirm: • Whether Teton routing is properly enabled and linked with my IronBeam account • If there is any missing configuration, approval, or activation required from my side • Or if there is any other issue causing the delay in real-time Teton data I would appreciate it if you could investigate this and guide me on how to resolve the issue as soon as possible. |
