I'm using Rithmic. All my positions should be closed but I'm still registering open trades. Can you confirm if I'm flat or have open positions? There has been response when I tried to exit trades.

This sounds like a typical problem with Rithmic, where you are not getting a response from Rithmic in a timely fashion, so your Sierra Chart does not know the correct status of the orders. The first thing you need to do is to check with your broker and see if you do have open positions or not. Have your broker take care of adjusting your positions as you need them. Once you are flat in the market (per your broker), then you will need to add Order Fills to your Trade Activity log to reflect what actually occurred with your trades.
