One more Issue: Short cuts aren't working for sierra. I enabled all options. Gave custom shortcut keys to some functions just F1 Help option is wokring. Beside that single option, no short cut is working. I tried all solutions(enable display options through window tab everyting) I;m using dell laptop 9th generation with window 11 |

Please give us one example of a keyboard shortcut that you setup that is not working. We need to know the command you are setting the option for and what keyboard shortcut key(s) you are setting for the command. Also, given your reference to "F1", we want to point out that you can not assign keyboard shortcuts to function keys just using the function key itself. The operating system has special functions for many of the function keys, and keyboard manufacturers have their own overrides for these keys. So if you are trying to set a keyboard shortcut to a key like "F5", then this is probably not working as it is being captured by the operating system/keyboard program for something else. You should always use a modifier key (Alt, Ctrl, Shift) with keyboard shortcuts in order to ensure that they are processed correctly for Sierra Chart.
