Trading with Teton data on AMP

Since it is not permitted to trade in the overnight session with AMP on Teton, is it also true that it is not possible to carry a position overnight to the next trading day even if Maintenance margins are met? Can you please verify? Thank you. |

You need to ask these questions of AMP. Teton does not have these restrictions itself, these are controlled by your broker.

Yes, but there is a reason they have this restriction with Teton, and I assume you must know what it is.

There are no restrictions in Teton on this. These restrictions would be their choice. We have no insight as to why they have it setup this way.

I did not say Teton has this restriction. I know that AMP does. All I am saying is that you probably know why and also know the answer to my question. But sure, I'll ask AMP.
