Slowness since couple of days

Hi since couple of days my Sierra is so slow. When I open the app I have the message "Downloading Historical Intraday Data. Bars may not appear until done" but I don't have this trouble before and I don't make major change in my settings. And in real time data is delayed and jerky. My cpu/ram is not over used and I have resinstall the software same issue... Can you help me ?
