Market depth data stopped middle of the day

Hey there,

Today i had some issued with the study, market depth historical graph. It was all working properly until 13:25, as you can see on the image, it stopped receiving market depth data.

DOM is working properly and data available.

Already tried, reconnecting, downloading new data, nothing seems to work.

What else can i do?

It is not possible for us to tell if you are actually not getting data, or if there was a change in the values such that you are just not seeing certain levels after that time.

Please duplicate the chart to create a second copy of that chart in which you can set the following for the Market Depth Historical Graph:
- Extend Last Known Depth: No
- Show Quantity Numbers: In Bars
- Use Secondary Numbers to Color Values Greater Than or Equal to: 1
- Secondary Numbers Color for Quantities Greater Than or Equal to: Use a bright color that will contrast with your chart - a Bright Red should work well here.

You may need to stretch the scale, or change the "Combine Increment in Ticks", in order to view the quantity numbers in the chart. Once you have the values showing, then get us an image of the chart.

If you are seeing numbers displayed prior to 13:25 and then not after 13:25, then we wonder if your computer was connected to the data feed during that time? Was the computer off (or Sierra Chart shutdown) during that time? Was the computer in Sleep or Hibernate mode?
