Hello,

I’m noticing that the Recent Bid / Recent Ask columns in the DOM are being cleared sooner than expected when cross-trading is enabled.

Details:

* This occurs when Use As Trade Only Symbol is enabled for NQ/MNQ (or any other mini/micro) and used as a Trade and Current Quote Symbol.
* The clearing happens after a short time (exact duration seems setup-dependent).
* Disabling *Use As Trade Only Symbol* prevents the issue.
* Not using cumulative bid/ask columns.

Is this behavior expected when cross-trading is enabled?
If so, is there any way to extend how long recent bid/ask values persist in this configuration?

Without Use As Trade Only Symbol, disabled:

With Use As Trade Only Symbol enabled:

As you can see, when cross-trading is enabled the recent bid/asks get cleared after x time as opposite as without it.

Thanks.

Not sure about this. What is this particular setting for the chart set to:
Chart Settings: Clear Recent Bid Ask Volume Inactive Time in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu)

Please check all the charts that you have that have the main symbol as NQ and see if that setting is set to a non-zero value in any of them. Any one of them having it set will cause this to occur in all charts.
