in the time and sales, there are two colors; yellow and blue in the Volume column. do they stand for market orders versus limit orders? is there a way to change the colors?

Thanks,

LP

The Time and Sales only shows trades. The two main colors are for trades that occur at the Bid and the other is for trades that occur at the Ask.

The coloring options for the Time and Sales are documented starting at the following and going through the 14 settings below it:
Graphics Settings: Time and Sales: Bid Trades Background

I just put a post regarding "time and sales" and the color of the volume bars; one is yellow, one is blue. I got your response that the colors represent whether the column fill was an order on the bid or the ask but they didn't say which color is the bid volume and which was for the yellow volume.

??

thanks in advance for clarification

I don’t see a post #2. I find this difficult to follow. Can you just tell me which one is yellow and which one is blue?

We can not say what your colors are, as we do not know what you may have changed. The colors that are set for the Time and Sales start at the following:
Graphics Settings: Time and Sales: Bid Trades Background

Also, on the Time and Sales, there is a column for "Type" that will tell you if it is a "Bid Trade" or an "Ask Trade".
