Compiling output chinese display issue

When I tried to compile a study source code with MS VS community v18 chinese edition, compiler output cannot be displayed in the building study window. it showed some unrecognized blocks. The way that is displaying is due to that window not being able to display the particular characters correctly. It is not an error and does not indicate anything incorrect with the build itself. But, if you do want to view that information with the proper characters, then changing to building within Visual Studio itself would be a way to do this.
