Open Chartbooks and the Chart Tabs list

When two Chartbooks or more are open, the Chart Tabs lists a mix of charts from all my opened Chartbooks. How can I make the Chart Tabs show only the charts that are contained in a single Chartbook? Currently on v2813 |

The only reason this should be occurring is if you have the option for "Window >> Window Always Visible" for those charts that are showing in both chartbooks.
