I use the Numbers Bars study to display a Bid/Ask Volume split profile. I wanted to understand if there is a way to merge one or more Numbers Bars together, so that the displayed information is the sum of the merged Numbers Bars. To further clarify, when displaying Numbers Bars with a bar period of 5 minutes, merging two Numbers Bars together would mean that the displayed data is for a period of 10 minutes. I had found no direct way to do this (please correct me if I am wrong), although this does seem possible with the TPO (and with VbP if added on top of a TPO?). But I trust you guys can suggest an ingenious workaround to obtain what I want or sort of. Thanks a lot in advance for your help! |

There is no support for this. The only study that has this ability is the TPO study. The only workaround would be to change the bar period for the chart, but this will affect all bars.
