I have the exact same issue as this user in this support thread: BTC and ETH futures (CME) continuous contract: only getting 5 months of history I did everything that support told them to do however my BTC continuous futures contract chart still has the [-D] at the top for disabled again I did everything that was described in the post and issue persists. I used to have continuous contract charts for BTC but idk what changed, might've happened with an update or something. I never even mess with symbol settings anyway. I know I never opened the global symbol settings window ever until I found that support thread. Have continuous charts for other symbols, only BTC and ETH CME futures symbols affected... |

In the global settings window, for symbol: "BTC?##-CME" some of the settings paths say "BT?##" , it seems like they should say "BTC?##" I tried changing that with custom settings but it did not help so changed it back to everything that was suggested in the linked thread above. |

You need to update to the latest release, as there was an issue with that specific symbol at one point. Follow these instructions to update: Software Download: Fast Update For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
