Can you please check the issue attached for me?
I have missing trades on Rithmic that affected my total end account balance.
I have issue attached below.

We can not answer this. If there were trades that you took from Sierra Chart that are not showing in Rithmic, then first check your Trade Activity Log and see if you can find the orders that were associated with those trades and verify that they were sent, or at least attempted to be sent. See if there is any rejection message associated with the orders.

Also, check your "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and see if there is any information in there related to rejections for those orders. The Trade Service Log is only kept for as long as you have Sierra Chart open, so if those trades were done and you restarted your Sierra Chart since then, then the information will no longer be in there.

If you can find the orders in your Trade Activity Log and they are not showing as an error, and they are not registered with Rithmic as ever having occurred, then this would be an issue with Rithmic not having processed the orders for some reason. We can not say why this would occur. The most obvious reason would be that you were having a connectivity issue with Rithmic at that time, so they never responded that the orders were actually processed on their end.
