Error on opening ADD Custom study - Gexbot API

I want to run GEXBOT API on Sirra charts, and since I had to update from the last version 2814 I tried 2824 and 2825 and I get errors upon opening Add custom study and I can't run the API of gexbot.
I had similar problem with last edition but I believe was solved by installing certain version of visual C++ redistrib. but now I'm not sure what is the problem or how to fix it.

PS: I'm using Windows 11 on Parallels on MacOS.
