No action for Trade Window Flatten at specific time

Hello,

today I am testing a new chart setup. See the image attached.
The position was supposed to be exited at 13:15 while market closes 13:20
But nothing happened.

I was using this function in the past successfully but now there is no action even in "Trade service log" at 13:15
Just silence.
Had to close manually

TSL only contains these:

No action for the ZL position
