Hello, Not sure if this is an individual issue with my setup or if others are experiencing the same, but Sierra is not opening or loading at all. Never had this happen before, but it just won't load or open. Is this a known issue? |

It looks like you are using a Mac. So the problem would appear to be related to that. What the exact issue is, we do not know. We recommend installing another installation of Sierra Chart on your computer: Software Download And go through the procedure that you need, to have Sierra Chart run on a Mac. What the exact procedure is, we are not sure. It will be specific to your system configuration. And then you can see if that installation starts without issue. Hi, having the same issue running Sierra on Parallels on MAC. It shows on Windows as a background process but no UI coming up. |

Hi, I had to change the start from sierrachart_64 to sierrachart_arm64 and it started again. I'm running silicon Mac and Parallels for months and why this happened right now I have no clue. I had to rebuild my dll's as well for arm to get all up again. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-12-07 05:09:00

I am using Parallels desktop and I have the same issue. I had to start sierrachart_arm64 to open sierra. I have been using sierra on mac via parallels for the past two years and that's the first time it happened . |

Hello again, good news, i updated win 11 via settings/windows update and everything went back as usual - all my custom studies are now reachable. |

Hi, my best guess would have been that for ARM architecture a compatibility layer is involved and perhaps a certificate expired. But as I'm not a Windows specialist that's only a guess |
