Hi all,

I currently use trading system alert condition bar to trigger long/short trade entries based on criteria specified within the bar alert section. The position sizing is simultaneously done inside the Spreadsheet for Trading System Study in J23. However, because these two occurrences are taking place at the same time, the TMBS is obtaining the order quantity from the trading window and not the formula within J26 of the Spreadsheet for Trading System that I have input. Should I be using cell J69 for the quantity calculation instead. Please help! Thanks.

J26 is the order quantity cell in v1. J69 is the order quantity cell in v2. J26 is not used in v2 (despite its title is still in I26). Which version are you using?
Spreadsheet Systems, Alerts and Automated Trading: Order Quantity (read / write) [v1:J26, v2:J69]

Version 2 is currently a mess, including its documentation.
There is no reason to use V2 if you don't need the outputs in the J200 count.
