Alert problem and NTFY app problem

its few month that I didnt have any problem of receive notification alert from sierra to NTFY. however today first alert formula was not working with the app (I didnt modify anything). so after I Toggle Push Notificatin and then activate them again back where sierra gave me new credentials for ntfy. However I put everything as always but NTFY mobile on iOS keep telling me "user ,...... is not authorized to read the topic" so i dont have the access. Please to help since I use sierra chart mostly for the function of personalized alert.
I put everything in the correct way. NTFY worked for months now and today just stopped to work. please really help.

We can not say for certain what is occurring, but that message implies that the setup is not correct. We recommend starting over again and ensuring that the information is all entered properly. The instructions are here:

It is possible that if you are sending a large number of alerts that the ntfy servers are throttling your data, which could be an issue. We have no control over this, so if you redo the setup and you are certain that everything is correct and you continue to have an issue, then there is nothing further we can do.

We are working on another solution due to issues we have seen with ntfy, but this still being worked on.
