Really wish you guys would make this a priority.

If I need to go from Window #21 to Window #100 in any particular Spreadsheet, it's a real pain to click the > a zillion times.

And I'm sure many of us active traders make that roundtrip, or ones just like it, many, many, times a day

The >> really only helps if your going from left margin to right margin.

And on my platform, holding down the > doesn't really help..almost as slow as re-clicking.

At least widen the bottom axis so you can view a whole page of tabs..anything will help..

As a suggestion, how about an inventive quick way to go from one window to another..regardless of where they are.

Like a "Go To" box in the "Slider" area, on the bottom right side of the spreadsheet next to the tabs..you know, the slider that shows all the columns that you're not using..lol.

This way, if you're on tab #15, all you have to do is input #122 in that box, click enter(or a button next to the box) and tab #122 is now centered in the middle of the tabs.

How perfect would that be?

Clearly this is a much greater issue for the Spreadsheet than it is for the regular Chartbook as it at least has the CW tab..which was a awesome addition.

Really appreciate your efforts..

J.

This can be done. I am assuming you are using the internal SC workbook. If you are using Excel, there is a totally different solution.

You are on sheet 15. Right-click on any cell and click Goto. In the Reference box, type Sheet122!a1

Now click the Goto button. It will take you to cell A1 on sheet 122.

Hope this helps.

Rob, I appreciate this as I wasn't aware.

That being said, why can't it be set up so you just type the Sheet #?

Not sure I understand the need for all the extra typing..even if it's standard Spreadsheet protocol.

Any chance you wizards can whip up an internal "converter" so all we have to do is type in the Sheet #..cell reference isn't necessary either.

In the trading world, speed and efficiency is the name of the game.

Amongst all the other charts and numbers and news that we're looking at, the additional symbols & letters is taxing.

And being able to just input the sheet number(w/o the word Sheet) in the Reference field would be 100% more efficient.

Just the opinion of an active trader/analyst.
