Hello,

One of the charts in my chartbook stops updating after a few minutes.

In the log I have the following message:

"An unhandled exception was caught in c_Chart::WindowProc. Message: 275, wParam: 100, lParam: 0 | 2014-10-16 10:22:46 *"

Any idea of what is wrong?

Thank you

All studies I am running are found on the box "available studies"

But I am using a "Spreadsheet for Trading", and I've noted that sheet reference by the problematic chart is not updating (and the last bar on the chart does not correspond to the last bar recorded on the spreadsheet). The remaining sheets on the spreadsheet (and the chart referenced on it) are working ok.

Do you know if you are using the Sierra Chart version with New Spreadsheets or Old Spreadsheets?

The problem could be related to Old Spreadsheets and we are no longer providing support for those.

Try not using any Spreadsheets and restart Sierra Chart and see if you no longer get an exception message.

Without the use of spreadsheets I get no exception error message.
I tried to install a version with the new Spreadsheet, but got a conversion error message.

We need to see the error message related to the conversion.

Select that line in the Message Log and press the Copy Selection button and paste it here.
