I see the following error when trying to trade a calendar spread for NG on NYMEX Trade Order Error - Symbol not allowed for trading for account 2025-11-26 13:02:21.877 | Unset | Teton CME Routing (Order reject). You need to check with your broker and make sure they have you setup to trade that spread, and any other spreads that you want to trade.
