I was charged $10.00 + $29.00 + 75.00 within 10 days. Why?

On Nov. 7 I resubscribed to Sierra Charts after being off the platform for 2 years. On Nov. 7th I was charged $10.00. On Nov. 8th I was charged $29.00 to sign up for Denali Exchange and Service Package #10. I understand those charges and am not complaining about them. What I am concerned about is the $75.00 charge on Nov. 16th. This charge was made to my credit card without specific authorization. Was this a mistake? I'd like to get my money back. I'm OK with paying Sierra Charts $39.00 per month, but not OK with paying $114.00 per month. |

Keep in mind that the exchange fees and the package renew at different times. Therefore, in any single month, you may see individual charges for each of these, or you may see a combined charge, as you did most recently. As noted above, the automatic payments work by looking forward 2 weeks and then charging your card for the items that are coming due within those two weeks.
