My chart is missing data from 12:AM to 9:29AM

My chart is missing data from 12:AM to 9:29AM and currently only shows RTH and data before 12AM. Every other day on my chart though shows everything from GLOBEX...why is this happening if I have "evening session/full session" toggled on?
