Dear Sierra Support,

I’m looking to integrate Spot Gamma’s daily levels into my Sierra Charts. I have read in older forum posts that uploading those levels occasionally caused issues or malfunctioning. Before subscribing to Spot Gamma, I would like to ask whether you are aware of any recent problems related to integrating Spot Gamma levels into Sierra Chart.

My second question concerns the Volatility Index for the NQ. At the moment, I am displaying the symbols VXN_CGI and VIX_CGI. As shown in the screenshot, VXN begins trading at 9:30, while VIX begins at 3:15. Since the NQ future trades 23 hours per day, I am wondering whether there is a volatility future or index that trades during the same extended hours as the NQ.
I am not very knowledgeable regarding volatility indices, and I am unsure about the differences between CBOE and CFE products, or which one is most relevant when trading the NQ future. In general, I would like to add a volatility product that is open for as long as the NQ future is. Is there such a product?

We do not know anything about Spot Gamma, so we can not speak to whether it works properly or not.

The data from the CBOE for VXN_CGI is what they supply to us. We can not say why they only cover the hours of 09:30:00 EST to 15:15:00 EST.

We do not offer any other options for a Volatility Index for NASDAQ other than VXN_CGI.

The data from the CFE is the actual traded index futures, not the index itself. But we only have data for the VIX and Mini VIX - there is no data for the VXN futures.

We do not have any other suggestions.
