Hello, I'm trying to setup an automation to manage custom study access. In the documentation, the API post requires my SC username and password. For security etc, should I create a separate Sierra Chart account for this, and if so, do I need an active Sierra Chart subscription to use the API and Custom Studies Access Control Panel? You do not need to have a separate account, but you can if you want. That is totally up to you. The account that you use to manage custom study access does not need to be an active account (it does not need to have any Usage Time). So you can create an account just for this purpose and never put any funds into it.
