John, I have spent the past 2 hours trying to get the 29 expiry contract to give me more than 5days of data. I have tried everything. You will see the 31 contact works perfectly. NO issue. 29 only gives daily data past 5 days, no intraday data for more than that. Please help me. Again, it just suddenly stopped working. It was fine this morning. I clicked on it 3 hours ago, and it's gone mental... Karen |

John, did you see the post I made where I sent a screenshot of the 1 min intraday chart from IQ data? I show it from October. IQ will give me intraday data, but not SC. Again, if I put the day to anything earlier than 5 Nov it just changes it back. Maybe I need to screen video so you can see I am not retarded. I put a date in and when I hit ok the date flips back to 5 nov.

We have passed the other thread to Engineering, as I do not have access to data from DTN, but hopefully they do (but I do not know for certain). Please only continue to post in the other thread.
