I've put in inputs for a 30sec opening range, but the opening range low continues to extended further in time than stop at the designated time.

To start with, you can only get a 30 second Opening Range if your bars are 30 seconds or an even divosor of 30 seconds (i.e. 10, 15, but not 20 seconds). If you have 1 minute bars, then you can not get a 30 second Opening Range. The studies in Sierra Chart are mostly all based on the bar data as it is in the chart. Also, you specify an End Time of 06:30:29, but a line stop time of 60:30:30. So if you did have 30 second bars, then the line would extend into the next bar, since it will have a Bar Start Time of 06:30:30.
