Hi, I recently deposited money into my Ironbeam account, and it processed fully on their end but on sierra charts it says it's not in my available funds, how do I have this changed?

Are you looking at the "Trade >> Trade Account Monitor"? As this is the only place where the Account Balance will show up. Also, what order routing service are you using with Ironbeam? yes it was theough trade account monitor. the service is teton cme, or it could be edgeclear

You should see the balance update, no later than the early in the morning. This is not within our control. It is only when the clearing firm sends the balance file. Sometimes it is late as 3 AM.
