We are not seeing any issue with the Standard Deviation calculation until you get towards the bottom of the data. In this case, the data in the K column jumps to large values since there is no further data in the B column, so you end up with the value of the E Column.

If this is not what you are seeing, then what is the row at which the data starts to change?
