Hi, I don't know why, but market depth study is not working for me. It doesn't show any levels whatsoever. I have followed all the steps on "Market Depth Historical Graph Not Displaying" page, but it still doesn't show. Please advise and thank you in advance. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2025-11-09 19:54:17

Please follow the instructions at the following link to get historical market depth data: Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data And specifically perform step #8 to force a download of historical market depth data for the chart. Let us know if you are able to get the data or if you still do not have it. Also, change the "Highest Quantity for Coloring" and the "Lowest Quantity for Coloring" to both be zero. Then set "Show Quantity Numbers" to be "In Bar" and "Use Secondary Numbers Color for Quantities Greater Than" to "1". This will ensure that you are able to view any data that is in the chart, as the numbers will display. But you may still need to expand your chart scale in case the price levels are too close together.
