Issue with Parallels and x86 Sierra Chart?

I am having issues building ARM versions of a study that uses files. The same code that works in x86 crashes Parallels Desktop 26, running Windows 11 ARM 25H2 on MacOS 15.6.1. It works fine with SierraChart_64.exe.

My client says he cannot use the non-ARM version because
... the system became very unreliable and eventually crashed. Thus, SC tech support told me to never use the non-ARM version with Parallels otherwise the same thing will keep happening.

Can someone help me understand if that was an old issue? Is this still the advice of SC Support? Windows, MacOS, Parallels, and Sierra Chart have all had new versions released in the last year, so is this and old issue or is this configuration not supported?

This is totally impossible for us to help with. This is well outside the scope of our support. We have no idea what the issue is.

Where did we ever say this:
SC tech support told me to never use the non-ARM version with Parallels otherwise the same thing will keep happening.
Maybe we did. Maybe based upon what we thought at the time. We really do not know.
