Rithmic Connection suddenly died

Hello guys Yes id love to use denali, i can't. Rithmic just died midway this morning connection rithmic. Other platforms its running fine. Any word on whats going on? I have latest release. I restart it says "historical download complete" im connected, yet nothing it coming in, no data downloads/updates, charts frozen please help |

There is nothing we can do with regards to issues with Rithmic connectivity. It is something Rithmic needs to resolve. In the past, using a different server has sometimes worked. We recommend trying this to see if you can connect through a different location.
