My GC chart on 1m looks funny and not properly align. Is this normal?

I am currently using Denali data feed and my 1m GC chart looks like this. Is this normal? Because when I look at XAU/USD 1m chart, the candles looks clean and properly align. Please help me fix this.

What is "Chart >> Graph Draw Type" set to?

If this is set to one of the "Renko" options, then change it to one of the "Candlestick" options and see if this resolves it.

If that is not it, then select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" to redownload the data for that chart. Let us know if this does not resolve it.

I have done everything you have said and it still looks the same. My chart type is candle sticks. It's 1 minute chart on GC.

Another thing to check is to make sure you are not using any filtering:
Chart Settings: Volume Filter (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Volume Filter Settings menu)

If you are not using any filtering, then the data you are seeing is definitely accurate. Especially after re-downloading the data:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" from the main Sierra Chart menu. You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. This command is on the main Sierra Chart menu at the top. Only use it from that location.
