VIX daily chart only showing 1 candle

Hello - when I try to load a Historical Daily chart for VIX (in this case VIX_CGI), only the most recent 1 bar/candle is showing. I've tried to change the number of days to load for a historical chart and still only 1 candle is showing up. When I switch to Intraday charts, I can get multiple days/candles. But whenever I try to use a Historical chart (day, week, month, etc) only 1 candle shows up. I'm not really sure what's going on. Thank you in advance for your help. |

Please select "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download" and see if that resolves the issue. If the above does not solve it, then we need an image of the settings from "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting".
