TPO profile chart not working yet i have been using it prior to subscription ending

I have been using this integrated package for almost a year with no issues on the TPO chart. Now, after switching back from the advanced to the current integrated package, the TPOS are not working as previously. Please check this for me.

You changed to the "Integrated Standard" package, which does NOT have support for the TPO profiles. You need to be on one of the "Advanced" packages for this. Refer to the information for the packages at the following link: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages We do see that you have enabled the option to "Evaluate the Highest Available Package" which at this time is the "Integrated Advanced with MBO" package. Therefore, even with being on the "Integrated Standard" package, you are now able to get the TPOs. Once the Evaluation ends on December 6, 2025, you will need to change your package to one of the Advanced packages to continue to get the TPO profiles.
